Cancellation policy
Private trips:
1) For cancellation 30 days and more before departure we are offering full refund of the money already paid. For all cancellations by client, an amount of 100 EUR processing (dossier) costs shall be withheld.
2) For cancelation 15 -30 days before departure date, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total fee will be charged. However, client reserves the right to reschedule, only once, the same boat trip on a future date, depending on the availability and after contacting the company.
3) For cancelation made within 15 days before departure date, we offer 0% refund. However, client reserves the right to reschedule, only once, the same boat trip on a future date, depending on the availability and after contacting the company.
Cancelation or Change Date process.

Terms of services:
-Every day we sail the Route, and we compromise only in case of bad weather. Route may change by captain’s order in case of bad weather or unpredictable event.

Our priority is the safety of every passenger. For this reason, route may change by captain’s order in case of bad weather or unpredictable event. We keep the right to move the departure and arrival time for max 2 hours to avoid bad weather or force major events.
